NH Man blames infant son for hit-and-run accident
PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (AP) -- Police in Portsmouth, N.H., said a man has been charged with lying about his involved in a hit-and-run accident by telling them his son was driving the vehicle. Problem is, the man's son is an infant. A police officer questioned the man about who "normally" drives the car and was told by the man that his 19-year-old son drives the vehicle, but wasn't home, Foster's Daily Democrat reported. The man told police he would have his son contact them....

Nevada students find naked man tied to a rock
ZEPHYR COVE, Nev. (AP) -- A 53-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of being naked near a high school on Lake Tahoe's east shore. The naked man was arrested Monday after three Whittell High School students reported spotting him tied to a rock and lying face down behind the school. Mass. lawyer accused of 'bear-hugging' attorney
LAWRENCE, Mass. (AP) -- A well-known Massachusetts defense lawyer faces an assault and battery charge after a female attorney said he bear-hugged her and put his chin on her shoulder in court. CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. (AP) -- A South Florida couple woke up to a car plunged in their pool. Police said that a teenage driver swerved to avoid a cat drove his car into the backyard swimming pool early Friday. The car went through the bushes and a fence and into the pool, police said. MADISON, Ala. (AP) -- Police have arrested a man for trying to pass a fake $100 bill at McDonald's, leading to a find of $16,000 more in counterfeit C-notes. Police said the man was arrested Monday after an employee at McDonald's reported someone trying to pass a counterfeit $100 bill. A preliminary investigation led police to find $6,200 in counterfeit $100s in his possession....

Dog doesn't just say no and gets 'stoned' at park
SEATTLE (AP) -- A dog that ran off from its owner in Seattle's Seward Park found and ate some marijuana and got high. Owner Jen Nestor Waddell told KING-TV the 11-year-old black Lab mix named Jack was "just stoned" May 12 after they returned home from the park.
