Tony Beshara is the owner and president of Babich & Associates established in 1952 and is the oldest placement and recruitment service in Texas. It is the #1 contingency and placement firm in the DFW area, as recognized by the Dallas Ft. Worth Business Journal. He has been in the business of finding jobs for just about every kind of professional since 1973. Tony has personally found more than 6700 individuals jobs in the years that he has been in the placement and recruitment profession. He sits behind a desk every day, working the phone literally seven hours of the twelve hours a day that he works, making close to 200 calls a day. He is in the trenches on a day-to-day basis. Tony has personally interviewed more than 24,000 people on all professional levels and has worked with more than 21,000 hiring authorities. Babich and Associates has used the process that he has perfected, to place more than 100,000 people. Tony is one of the most successful placement and recruitment professionals in the United States.
Tony spent three years teaching on the college level and received his Ph.D. in Higher Education from St. Louis University in 1973.

“The Job Search Solution”. Tony will have a new book out in the winter, ACE the Interview will answer almost any question you will have regarding interviewing, being interviewed, seeking a positing, etc. Tony also Host a weekly radio show The Job Search Solution, on KVCE 1160 AM Thursday’s from 1pm to 2pm.
